Medical Director and Vise President of CNS Research, Inc. Dr. Norman Gordon received his medical degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. He completed an Internal Medicine Residency at the Miriam Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island. Dr. Gordon completed a Neurology Residency at the RIH Department of Neurology, serving as Chief Resident from 1987-1988. Dr. Gordon is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the Rhode Island Medical Society, and the American Association for the Study of Headache. |

Dr. Elaine Jones went to Brown University in Providence, RI
for her Neurology Residency and a Fellowship in
Neurophysiology. In 2000 she took over as Chief of
Neurology at Roger Williams Medical Center until 2005 when
she left to open her own private practice in Bristol, RI.
From 2008 to 2010 she was president of the medical staff at
Roger Williams Medical Center and was directly involved as
the physician representative for the establishment of a new
company CharterCare that merged two local hospital
organizations into one corporation. She remains on the Board
of Trustees of CharterCare. She became involved in advocacy
and health care legislation when she took over as president
of the RI Neurological Society. In 2009 she became co-chair
of the AAN’s new Government Relations Committee and joined
the BrainPAC Executive Board. Recently Dr. Jones became
Secretary for the RI Medical Society. Her interest in
advocacy remains a strong part of her practice of medicine.
She continues to advocate for her patients with pharmacies,
health insurance agencies and on the local and national
level.

Dr. Peter J. Bellafiore offers diagnosis and treatment of general neurological conditions and disorders. Dr. Bellafiore is a physician who is highly trained to treat disorders of the nervous system, which include diseases of the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles.
